Brenna Swindell was last seen on Thursday night around 10:20 p.m. at Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse on Highway 71 in Spicewood, Texas. She was with her ex-boyfriend, Morgan Guidry, and both have been missing since that night. Their phones have been turned off since Friday, and Brenna’s family has not heard from her, which is unusual.
On August 23, an arrest warrant was issued for Guidry in Travis County. He is accused of assaulting Brenna during their relationship, including choking her. Court documents reveal that Guidry allegedly strangled Brenna multiple times, slammed her head on the floor, and broke her thumb. Brenna told law enforcement that she feared for her life and believed Guidry might kill her.
